Documents required for student guardian visa-
Checklist - The following documents should be included with your application   p Application Form (157G). Completed and signedp
 p Nomination Formp (157N). Completed and signed by the parent where the student is under 18
  p The visa application fee
  p  Your current passport (as the guardian) and anyp previous passports held
  p One recent passport-size photo of yourself (asp the guardian)
  p Evidence to confirm the status of the nominating studentp in Australia (eg. a copy of the student’s passport and valid student visa)
  p A letter from the school / institution in Australia stating yourp guardianship status
  p Evidence of the relationship between yourself andp the nominating student (eg. birth certificate, marriage certificate, Family Card, etc)
  p Evidence of an adequate health insurance while in Australiap
  p Evidence of a medical examinationp
  p POLDA Police Clearancep Certificate (for all applicants over the age of 16 years). See the links below for further information
  p Original police clearance certificate(s) fromp every country you have lived in for a total of 12 months or more during the last 10 years
  p Evidence that you have enough money (or access to enough money)p to support yourself in Australia. The money can come from any source such as:Â
       • Bank statements (for at least the last 3 months)Â
       • Bank book (provide the original bankbook - this will be returned to you later)Â
       • Term depositsÂ
       • Bank references (if necessary)Â
       • The business licence (SIUP), if the bank details are in the company name
Non-cash assets may not be used when calculating funds unless they have been liquidated (and held as a money deposit) or used as collateral for a loan.Â
